  • Size: 50 mm wide x 70 mm high (2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches high).

  • Face size: Between 31 mm and 36 mm from chin to crown.

  • Background: Plain white or light-colored with uniform lighting and no shadows.

  • Quality: High-resolution, neutral-colored, and printed on photo-quality paper (glossy or matte).

Applicant Requirements:

  • Expression: Neutral facial expression with mouth closed, no smiling.

  • Eyes: Open and visible; glasses allowed if they do not create glare or obscure eyes.

  • Head coverings: Only for religious or medical reasons, without casting shadows.

  • Hair: Should not obscure the face.

Prohibited Elements:

  • No digital alterations or retouching.

  • No filters, overexposure, or underexposure.

  • No shadows, reflections, or red-eye effects.

Photo Validity:

  • Must be taken within the last six months.

  • Must be original (not copied from an existing document).

Photographer’s Certification:
